The tracer injection data presented on this portal is to help generate a mesoscale connectivity map for the Marmoset (Majka et al., eLife, 2019). The images presented on the portal include data generated as part of the Japanese Brain/MINDS project, as well as data generated as part of the US Brain Initiative. Links are also provided to retrograde tracer injection data from the Rosa laboratory at Monash University.
